Hi bongo_john_uk

If you are not familiar with the fast phobia / rewind technqiue, then I would recommend going to the workshop that Mindfields do. The workshop is very practical, and the technique is priceless for dealing with any kind of trauma.

Hi millicent There's no doubt about it - going out and meeting new people will boost your self estem and confidence. Hindsight would be such a useful thing to have wouldn't it!

Have you ever thought about taking self defence lessons? These are good for building confidence as well as teaching how to defend yourself...

Any other skills that you think would be useful?
