My world is nothing but suffering, depression and anxiety. I have nothing I know I am just a loser and a coward and I cannot continue this way.

No ones helps me because there is nothing that can help. Everything is meaningless.

3 years ago I had a major stroke at 51, which I partially recovered from. Then I had another stroke, in June of this year (2021). This left me shattered emotionally.
