Re: 13 Month Breakdown

I just hit a year and right before that mark I had a horrible wave. I do not believe there is any common theme but have heard that some people have a horrible wave before things clear up for good. I have been doing a lot better also but hit a wave I think a few days ago. Mainly some anxiety and weir...

Re: Waves

Dude sleep is major. I have good sleep my symptoms are so minimal. I sleep like sh** I wake up with a headache, dizzy, and just shitty physically feeling. It's gotten better where I have days that are actually decent. Like today was good I just got some physical symptoms when I had to do something t...

Re: 11.5 months

I can honestly say I do feel better then I do 5 months ago but I still just feel so far away from my old self. I have actually gotten to a stage where sometimes I feel like maybe I should just smoke so I can feel normal again. Can you explain this more because your 'normal self' was the stoned you?...

Re: Waves

I also smoked 15 years. I am 11 month in and still struggling. I am assuming it is anxiety related because I feel I am constantly in a state of anxiety. I get a lot of physical symptoms but they have eased up since around the 6th month. I am now able to force myself through situations when before I ...

Re: Extreme Physical PAWS! (All Symptoms)

I am doing a bit better. Had a bad wave in October that lasted to mid November. Been feeling a lot better. I get some knarly headaches that make me nauseas but I have recently found out I have TMJ. Anxiety is getting a lot better but I still have issues in public places. I notice when my anxiety hit...

Re: Extreme Physical PAWS! (All Symptoms)

I think its important to realize that you have a correlation between quitting and all these symptoms. I know some people that are a year in and still struggling tremendously. I am 10 months in and still suffer from a lot of physical symptoms. The beginning was a nightmare. I constantly thought I was...

Re: My story and update

That's awesome man. I'm glad to hear you are doing well. Did you ever have headaches? I am 8 months in and feel like that is the most debilitating thing I am dealing with. They get nasty sometimes to the point I feel anxious or sick. Also I get some brain fog where I feel high or drunk without the e...

Re: Head issues

I am not sure what my anxiety is telling me lol. It's gotten better and sometimes I take medicine and it helps but other times it doesn't. Anxiety, grinding my teether, and stress may all be reasons for my headache but who knows.

Re: Head issues

Ya def man. I have been going to the chiropractor and it is helping. I will get the tension headache for like three days in a row bad then it starts to let up a bit. Don't get them constantly but sometime it is super bad. They come in waves like everyone talks about.

Re: Almost 9 months of PAWS hell

I am now at 9th month with my severe insomnia from weed paws. Some times I dont sleep like 3-4 days in a row. After that I usually am ready to die cuz the headache is so bad. Ive noticed that this is the turning point where I can get some sleep again. I sleep badly about one week and usually after ...

Head issues

I am 8 months in and have seen a lot of improvements. Good days and bad days still. Lately I got hit with some headaches that last from morning till night. They are not so debilitating that I cannot function but I hate them. They make wanting to do anything difficult such as watching TV. My head als...

Re: Weed withdrawal - sleep

Hey man. Hope all is well. I actually replaced my weed fix with drinking a lot more and realized recently I was drinking every night. Last night I decided I needed to stop and didn't drink. Well low and behold come 10 pm I had a terrible panic attack. Feeling dizzy and frequent bathroom breaks. When...
