Take your time. Its good you have built up your dose gradually... this might have alot to do with not suffering with so many side-effects. 20mg's is the minimum dose I believe. It might be as high as you ever need to go! I never went above 20mg's... and im currently on 10mg weaning myself off them c...

Lack of empathy doesnt just cover psycopaths. If you suffer from lack of empathy, it doesnt automatically make you a psychopath(sociopaths for instance).

With me it took about 6weeks on the tabs to feel like something positive was happening, but about 10 weeks for me to be nearly 100% anxiety free. It really worked for me. But its not a perminant solution.

I have had this before, it is so unpleasant.

I think deep down you know this is anxiety. But you need clarification. If you havnt already, go see your doctor for some assurance and a general check up wont do any harm.
