I was prescribed this many years ago for my anxiety and it made no difference for me personally. Why would something that slowed my heart have an effect on anxiety? I think doctors treat anxiety with tablets far too easily without getting to the route of the problem, which for me was explaing why I ...

I would keep away from beta blockers as an option for anxiety, all it does is slow your heart rate down, it does not deal with the underlying issue of anxiety as with most medication.

But looking back doctors are not equipped and trained enough in many cases and all they know is to throw pills at the problem, that's what the medical book tells them to do. I was eventually referred to someone at my loca...

Alochol is a depressant and depletes you of water and nutriants and makes you feel anxious and stressed, not with it. Your brain is 77% water and until this is put back, you can feel the symptoms you say. As I s...

A lot of worries and insecuritys are created by anxiety, are emotions can be 10 fold and something you would not have worried about before will seen a big thing. Just try not to react to these moments and just live in the present. I also felt this but just ignored these fears and insecuritys and put...

Mica you are quite right, I don't even want to mention my book as that is not what I am about, but I wrote my whole story of recovery and what got me there. I know it has not cured the world, but it has helped many, many people. Again I am not anti drugs, they did nothing for me, but for others they...

If you had dedicated your life to helping people, you wouldn't be selling your crap online. It's that simple. If you've been through this hell and gotten away with it - you'd know what other people are going through and I doubt you'd want to make any money out of it. So good luck with your life.. i...
