Do u hv Vomiting due to anxiety and anxiety due to vomiting

I am going in circles....Vomiting due to anxiety and anxiety due to vomiting... the fear is crippling me from going to public places as I do not know when I might just vomit...

I have got a job in a field I really do not like. However since my qualification is not so good, I do not have much of a choice. I cannot motivate myself to do anything... I am always demotivated.

How do you do with motivation something you really do not like to do ?
