Hi Lucy, i am 40 now. I smoked for about 20 years. Have been quit close to 3 years. Meditation is good. I don’t drink alcohol. If the SSRI doesn’t work there are other medications or even talking therapy or cognitive behavioural therapy.

Booze can weaken your resolve to quit weed in my opinion.

Be careful of alcohol. I found it useful to quit alcohol along with the weed.

My addictions now are coffee and nicotine.
