Instead of discussing my original topic, it is being sidelined.

I'd like to stay on topic. I don't think its right to declare ONE expression of therapy for ALL topics. And, you sideline a thread when you constantly post about the same method of therapy.

I like your informaiton and i agree with you. But these concepts have helped me even with a healthy diet.

Are you in a persistant and constant depression with self hating tendencies? One aspect that could be contributing is the idealization of one or both parents. If your childhood was full of pain or disappointment, admitting fault of your parents may seem ridiculous. But, instead, we attribute these ...

There can be several reasons for depression but in my opinion most of it is due to self hate and idealization of caregivers. Childhood undermines adulthood.
