Re: Feeling guilty for being depressed: endless cycle

I am reading your post trying to find flaws in your character but cant seem to find any; not having many friends, nerdy, shy, lonely, different - those are not bad. on the other hand- your accomplishment list is above average-a dream for many... good grades, college, med school, helping others, ( be...

Re: Taking on too big projects. Too difficult tasks

I do know starting tasks and not finishing them or losing interest in finishing them is inline with ADHD; mind hops from one idea to the other-no focus.. there are two types of ADHD or a combinations of both:
inattentive type.
hyperactive-impulsive type.

Re: Depressed after my suicide attempt

Put the suicide attempt behind you-it doesn't have to rule your future - what matters is today. think about your positives-i know you have them. We depressed people love to contemplate on the negatives and minimize the positives - its not as bad as we tend to see it. it shall pass.

On other end

Hi- I feel your pain. I say that because i am a husband who sometimes behaves like your husband; angry, mad, hateful, uncommunicative, solitude, unloving, mean, revengeful, even wanting to inflict emotional harm to anyone I meet; I find myself wanting to tell her that we should not have gotten marri...

On the flip side-
Someone could also say that I am glad he doesnt think he is better than everyone else.
guess which character is more disliked?

If you think that someone is always better then you - you need to also realize that you are also better in one way or another doing this or that.

not alone

you are not the only one who feels this way. since you mom want you to take care of this yourself- I think there are a few thing you can look at. see if these ring a bell- would you consider yourself a perfectionist? are you afraid of making mistakes -does it take a huge toll on you when you do mess...

GTT BLOOD TEST

I went for a GTT blood test today at the doctors office- I was surprised at my doctors reactions at my request for this particular test. The Physician, Physician assistant and the lab assistant say the 3 hour test is enough and instead of 1/2 hour sampling- the one hour sampling will do. I said no. ...
