Re: 4.5 months

Yeah I don’t miss smoking. I miss feeling okay to do everyday things tho. I guess you are one of the lucky ones that never had to experience paws... like myself in my first quit. @tokeless hit the nail on the head by saying, "I was done, pure and simple." I have stressed many times on thi...

Re: Marijuana Withdrawal

if you cannot get rid of this a theraphist might help you to get rid of the problem You might be lucky enough to find a therapist who knows enough about cannabis addiction to be able to offer anything more than the usual B.S. IMHO I believe that the advice posted on this forum by ex-addicts, addict...

Re: Marijuana Withdrawal

Yes this happens to me everytime I try to quit weed. That's why I couldn't quit because everytime I stop I have a very bad experience. Just stopped 2 days ago and now I suddenly felt dizzy like the world turned upside down. Which triggered my anxiety because for me getting dizzy is the number 1 tri...

Re: SUCCESS STORIES for our BOOK on PAWS

Sorry but I don't remember the particular posts but if you search for HDog455 using the forum search facility you'll find that a lot of my content deals with the fact that I didn't have too much trouble quitting. My early stuff is probably the best place to start looking.

Re: 80 days clean of weed

You know, before this PAWS stuff, if that’s what it I really is, I was perfectly contented with being alone. I would occasionally be lonely and feel emptiness which would only last a day or part of the day. I don’t know if it’s where I retired a year and 8 months ago, combined with this paws, or if...

Re: Calamus root extract for healing damage done by THC?

Hi all, I am new-ish here, but I’ve been lurking for a while reading other’s experiences on recovering from abusing marijuana. I quit marijuana finally after about a year of heavy abuse, but not before it had taken quite a toll on my health. I began vaping very high potency wax cartridges which I b...

Re: Paws from nicotine?

I quit smoking in mid-February. First I did not have any symptoms. But after 5 weeks the symptoms hit me bad. I had palpitation, mouth burn, tremor, muscle pain and spams, difficulty to breath, blurry vision, panic attacks, but I think that it was caused by my fear of something bad illness. I feare...

Re: SUCCESS STORIES for our BOOK on PAWS

I quit my chronic weed addiction cold turkey 12 years ago. My whole story is posted on this forum. The main message is that PAWS is not a given - read my content to find out why.

Re: Anyone out there that completely beat PAWS?

Apart from about a week of difficulty getting to sleep, I didn't really experience much in the way of PAWS. I quit a chronic pot addiction cold turkey 12 years ago.

Re: Thc wd?

@Eroica makes a good point in regard to exercise and diet. A good long jog late in the afternoon will make you naturally tired and ready for a good night's sleep. A healthy diet speaks for itself.

Re: Nightmares

Vivid dreams are common amongst those who have quit smoking pot. Whether or not they are nightmares probably has a lot to do with what is going on in one's life. Whatever you do don't go back to using pot - keep on doing your best to stray strong. It's been 12 years since my last smoke and I still h...

Re: 4 years off weed widthraw and still have symptoms

I didn’t ask you a question. You’re in a forum scaring people. Consider yourself lucky that this isn’t person - because you’d get your jaw broken. You f***ed around with ‘supplements’. You brought this on yourself. Enjoy your suffering You’re a coward and an addict. And you’ll die one. Mate - have ...

Re: 80 days clean of weed

Apologies if you have already answered this question but have you consulted with a medical professional? You and I both know that continuing to smoke pot is not a solution and you will end up with problems far worse than what PAWS is doing to you. Can your underlying issues be resolved without using...

Re: 80 days clean of weed

I’m nearly at 12 month mark and still have paws all day everyday with some days being easier to manage. I was hoping to be better by now but looks more like it’ll take me 2-3 years which I don’t think I can do! Your on the same sort of time frame as me and I haven’t noticed waves at all So what do ...

Re: Poor Circulation?

Same here - I quit a 30-year chronic habit cold turkey and, from the git-go, worked really hard to focus on looking forward and deriving pleasure from the simple things in life like beautiful sunsets and surfing. Was there a "moment" or "event" that triggered the quit? What I me...
