You are not a hypochondriac. You are experiencing paws. I’m having all of the same symptoms. When you put that you get high blood pressure after eating a big meal my mouth dropped. I get the same thing along with all the other crap you listed.

I stopped weed nov 2016. It's been pure hell, I totally understand what your going through.
