I already know that lucid dreaming is becoming aware of dreaming in a dream but how to do it?I mean it's not enough to tell myself that ill be aware of my dreaming today(if ill have a dream)?So I don't understand how to achieve lucid dreaming.

My hunch is that that therapist actually made you believe that you were abused thus, false memories..(probably not on purpose) or it might even be true..

I don't really see a difference between rapid and instant inductions,what is an instant considered?1 second, 2 seconds?I don't think any induction can be done in one or two seconds.

Well.. you find a willing hypnotist and get his skype, from there it's better if you have a microphone, if not then it's not a problem or the second option would be downloading/buying a self hypnosis recording but I don't recommend these because there might not be the right one for you..You might as...
