Hi all, I started taking CP back in November last year and was on them for 6 months @ 20mg. They helped me enormously and I feel better now than I have done for years. I used to have really bad panic attacs and extreme anxiety but that has all come to an end... I used to post on here about page 117...

Michael that is really good advice i think... I went through the 20mg to 10mg for 4 weeks and then 10mg every other day for 4 weeks and then off altogether... On day 9 after stopping i had awful side effects of nausea, shaking and anxiety. Luckily these lasted for only 24 hours and i have been fine...
