Thank you Sesil - I also agree with you and am glad to see Roger see the sensibility in respecting rights all the way around, not just one group. There are several goals of the homosexual movement , some of them are: 1. Eliminating free speech by harassing and attempting to silence anyone who disagr...

Thank you for being more kind and respectful, Gwen. Previously, I respected this forum as being open to any perspective - even ridiculously pscyhotic ones. It's a place of healing and I've enjoyed hoping that I might be able to help some & I've been helped. But it's not really speaking my mind w...

Has This Forum Become Pro-Homosexual Only?

I don't mind having my MVP status removed, although I think it was uncalled for - otherwise many others who have been much more disrespectful would have theirs removed as well. What bothers me most is having any posts I've made that provide objective information from the US CDC removed - repeatedly....

Jak, I agree. Freedom of speech is very important. One thing I have appreciated about this forum (until now) is that generally moderators haven't unfairly interfered and usually people work it out themselves better, and often in the process of exchanging information openly, people learn different pe...

Re: Re. is being gay a mental disorder?

This is a pity... Those participating were happy to do so. No-one was forcing anyone to read the thread or participate. Please re-instate the thread so that I (and others) may reply to the nonsense that has been written. This is something we agree on, Jak. If you notice, I am not a moderator. I did...

Re: Is there an alternative to science and philosophy?

...I mean, if people made a habit of waiting till things came to them and nothing came to them then they would be, well, stuck, forever going nowhere with nothing. It would be a complete disaster as a strategy for living if it did not work, and any culture that lived by it would very soon die out! ...

I'm beginning to see more and more imperfection in everyone, including myself... Things I don't like and would rather not have to deal with. Yet it's there - and there is no "perfect" (in my subjective eyes) person. "The thing that imperfection hates the most is imperfection." I ...

Tailspin... The terms, many and some don't indicate a number, or even a majority - but just that it is common enough to pay attention to. Our earth home includes over 7,000,000,000 people. To say that the majority of them are disgusting is subjectively based jump to conclusion, don't you think? Deep...

Body language and non-verbal communication is interesting... but it's somewhat simplistic and based on generalizations, so don't take it too literally. IE: If you cross your arms or legs, the one on top shows your interest is toward that direction... or it could be your other leg got tired. If you w...

I usually don't like commercials (& skip or mute them)... but this one was good!
(BTW... A Jamaican spokesman said they like it too.)

You're right. Sometimes it's silly what people demand in conformity. Yet, we are all interdependent upon each other... and have to have some common agreements. For me, appearances are not how I express myself most - but how I talk. I perfer to sing everything I say, but nobody wants that. j/k ...

Hi Tailspin, As Reflect implied, there are multiple ways of looking at things. Truth is in perspective, and generally, the more perspectives, the more truthful. I was thinking about you yesterday, when I came across this: " You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few dro...

Yeah, she sounds like she's a little nervous, talking with you... What kind off goo-goo eyes, or vibes, have you been giving her??? Well, who knows? Maybe years down the road, the both of you will laugh about all of this. ;) It could also be a language or cultural thing (culture & language...

That'll be easier for you and her to get together, when your shift is the same as hers. I'm impressed with your attitude... and I think generally, if you take your time, you can build a stronger friendship foundation before it becomes so clearly "romantic." Generally, I'd say it's good to...
