Thanks Richard, so i'm currently a force of good for those closest and their lives improve so maybe aiding those less fortunate would be a noble goal?

Thankfully the existential/midlife crisis came and went, but i could certainly do more for others outside my circle. I'll try it, thankyou.

Thanks for the reply, does a form of meditation have any negative effects? I ask because I've never done it. Is there a downside to exploring this avenue of thought? If you've got any names I'd appreciate it as I have no idea where to start.
