Re: If only it was so easy

knowing the cause may be one think, not going panic attack is another.... Any way that you used to prevent panic attack from happening? Likely the worst thing you can do is what most people tell you to do when you're in a state of panic: "sit down and relax." No matter what theory you've ...

Re: Have you got a panic attack because of a loved one?

"jurplesman ": "The stress may have triggered an exaggerated hypoglycemic reaction." Oh My Goodness! That's a "little much" for a naturally human response, don't you feel? I'd wait and see how this individual comes through with their feelings after an incident l...

I personally do not believe in Multiple Personality Disorder or DID( Dissociative Identity Doisorder), as it's referred to now. There have also been a few lawsuits against Practioners "treating" Clients with this disorder that resulted in absolute fraud. In Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, a ...

Yes, I've experienced similar reactions with family and friends. Now, a decade later, I realize that unless the person you'r...

Re: Blaming addiction as a safety blanket?

Just a little something at the back of mind....... I've read a lot on these forums and i've seen this point addressed vaguely once or twice before. Atleast when there is something to blame, you don't have to face your demons. I can safely say, "damn it, without weed my life would be great.&quo...

Re: Obsession with Death

Does anyone experience this? Invasive thoughts about death and dying?.... Health is pretty okay overall, except for the anxiety/depression. I just don't like these thoughts creeping in like they do. Does anyone know if hypnosis could help with this? You don't mention whether these thoughts are suic...
