I've been suffering from severe PAWS for a long time now and I'm sick and tired of it. If I took an antidepressant would that completely ruin my PAWS recovery? If someone has recovered from PAWS whilst taking an antidepressant please tell me!

Yeah just the once. I had seen huge amounts of progress but still wasn't close to 100%. Id say about 50/60%. Now I’d say I’m 30/40%. There’s no real reason for my relapse apart from complacency and stupidity. I just got carried away when hanging out with my mates.

I've also heard of someone do this and it not affecting their PAWS journey. I think if you did something like this early on it would have had a greater impact than doing it at 16 months when you are 95% cured.
