Soul vomit

I am so lonely and so hopeless. I would do anything to get better. My body is a mirror of my torn apart mind, covered in scratch marks, bruises and disfigured skin from picking apart my blemishes again and again. I am just so sick of trying and more than anything I just want to win, to get somewhere...

hungover and freaking out

I hate alcohol because every time I drink I end up deeply depressed and really anxious the next day! I suffer from social anxiety disorder and I am trying to get better with social situations so I try to expose myself to them even though they often make me so anxious that I get sick. Last night I we...

I agree with you good spirit which is why I am a vegetarian (slowly cutting out dairy so I will soon be a vegan). I think that the whole meat industry is set up in a way that enables people to distance themselves from the cruelty that the creatures endure and the processes involved with the harvesti...

When I was 13 I had a friend who had a Ritalin prescription for his ADD. He hated the way that the drug made him feel. Instead of taking them himself he would give them away at school or at parties. I remember the time that I took some and it was an interesting experience to say the least. Maybe the...

Hi, I agree that you should go back to see your doctor. Initially I was prescribed Citalopram as well but it didn't work very well. I went back to the doctor and they changed me over to Effexor and it worked much better. If you are not already doing so seeing a good psychologist or councilor will he...

there is no such thing as spirit or soul, or whatever you call it. If a person has a soul (a pure form of spirit, etc) then it shouldn't depend on any sort of physical manifestation, but you can not separate the body and the mind. A dead man doesn't speak. All I'm saying is that our thoughts are de...

My father is left handed and he holds a degree in pure mathematics and a degree in computer science. I don't think that you should worry about being left handed as I am sure that there are many left handed mathematicians out there.

Good luck!

It is not a sin to be sick. Given that god is supposedly omniscient and benevolent he/she would know that the person was sick and forgive them for lying. I am sure that god is not so vindictive that he/she would caste away those that are no longer able to control their behavior for reasons that are ...

Here is a link to an article about the PC war against the nursery rhyme 'Baa baa black sheep'. The nursery rhyme was altered for use in nurseries along with 'humpty dumpty' and the title of 'snow white and the seven dwarves'. The idea that there are small children singing “baa baa rainbow sheep"...
