Re: My reaction to fear translate into intense anger sometim

Hello everyone trying to help, i did feel much better today going in to school. I wore sunglasses to hide myself and blasted music in my ears louder to shut out, plus took my medication to be calm. But the moment i entered, the effect wore off and my palpitations started again, they stopped halfway ...

Re: My reaction to fear translate into intense anger sometim

Thank you Leo. I think studying books on anger management will help me on how to conduct myself too, it's true that it may not be enough to project the front of appearing content as that can come across as proud and maybe it is really time for me to take things more seriously instead of having a lau...

Re: Is sitting on a child ethical?

I think you truth of deciding for yourself about whether it's ethical or not, is entirely up to yourself. You're not sure if this experience has triggered your social perfectionism, but let's say it's a root issue that has. There are all sorts of other restraints and physical punishment that would h...

Re: i've made too many mistakes and i can't live with myself

Hi there, i think it's seriously cool of you to perform a cover that's slightly off for halloween, as that is the right mood for it honestly! Whether it's intentional or not, it comes across as awesome all the same as it grabs the attention for awhile, gets everyone to think along for the lyrics and...

Re: Is my father a psychopath?

Does your father do this to all his children he has stolen from? I think it is a lot of work, and is clearly paranoid and protective about his status. You must accept that he may never admit he was ever in the wrong, even if the both of you are reconciled and it would be a big step to forgive him fo...

Re: My reaction to fear translate into intense anger sometim

As much as i agree with what overthinking does to twist my mind, i don't feel i have lived with any preoccupation about anyone posing mortal threat to my situation until it's confirmed through something actually happening. Sadly, it's true i could be mind reading into things i notice, that makes me ...

Re: My reaction to fear translate into intense anger sometim

Also out of curiousity, wouldn't a proud person that was very hurt and angry who breaks down effusively apologising to everyone, get even more dangerous should that stunt of theirs be rejected? Personally....i don't believe anyone who is on my back would actually feel pity, some enjoyment maybe, but...

Re: My reaction to fear translate into intense anger sometim

Hi Leo, I appreciate your response and effort to read my post especially as it was very long. But I honestly feel tricking my enemies could be the worst version of myself ever. For a long time, I did have have that 'no reaction' you described only without making eye contact back. After a week of thi...

My reaction to fear translate into intense anger sometimes?

Hello, it's my first post here. I'm happy if you don't mind reading my rant, not that I'll be angry. But it is really long, so maybe you can look for just the underlined words! :) A bit of my background is that i went through a stage of post-traumatic disorder from sexual harassment at 15 and abuse ...
