I suffer this too! I think its normal for me as I suffer from hearing loss and tinnitus since childhood. I dont know, could it be normal? but dont worry, its not dangerous.

Hi newlife,

If it hurts when you move, then its muscle pain. Try Vicks Vapor Rub(those irritating smell cold relief product) and put it on your chest. It'll ease the pain. I hope you feel better soon.

I have Depersonalization and it was caused by my anxiety/panic attacks. You'll be anxious when you first experience it but after a few days or weeks, you'll get over it and say "screw this". DP is not harmful but annoying.

I also fear I will faint when Im having a panic attack. You're therapist is right though, its impossible to faint during a panic attack. Dont worry about it :)

I think it cause by anxiety because I only get it when Im very anxious and panicky. It only happen a few times, not often. Anxiety can do weird things to our body.

I had a similar symptom. both of my arms became red and my skin felt hot like i was under a sun for a period of time but no sore. All this started when I became very anxious. But it pass after a few hours.
