hey booker,

Just be yourself. Try to find a few like-minded souls. A few good close friends is all you need. Not everyone needs or can be a social diva.

Good luck

I second the motion. This is too much to handle on your own. sometimes just developing a little insight can go a long way to better choices.

Hey Booker,

Make a list of your interests and hobbies. Join a group related to these. Do you play sports--what about religion? These are place you can meet folk with common interests and a frienship or two is likely to happen.

Good luck

The short answer is to seek professional help and there is no shame in that. Once you are in with the right therapist and right medication, you'll notice a great improvement and an abilty to look at life as something quite manageable.

good luck

Wish the world had many more self -actualized persons.

Anyone know any?

In summary--on-line dating has its ups and downs just like everything else. As long as one keeps their eyes open and wits about them in approaching it, then it should in most cases bring about fairly good results. If you go in blindly or act with emotions instead of intelligience then things might g...

Hey Kenny,

It is great you had such a paradigm shift. You might want to take alook at Dr David Burns book called Feeling Good. I think it will really help you learn to create a solid sense of self-esteeem.

Good luck

I don't have any personal experience with taking this combo, but it sounds like you have a had a reasonable conversation with your GP and understand the effects. You also have reasonably thought out that this helps you get thru an important career development stage and that you only have to do it a ...
