Re: Childhood memories haunt me and I feel guilt

I literally gave you soulutions to everything you said in my reply, all you have to do is take action but you won’t why? Because you don’t want to change, you’re addicted to the guilt. Deep down you love it and you don’t want any change in your life.

Re: Childhood memories haunt me and I feel guilt

[quote\]My problem ultimately is this, how do I "know" that I am not an abuser? How do I distinguish between actually not being an abuser from wishful thinking or minimization of what I did? How can I know I am not just an abuser seeking to feel less guilty?[/quote] You haven’t raped anyon...

Re: Childhood memories haunt me and I feel guilt

Re: Need advice on eating habits

Get to the cause. Addictions are caused through emotional trauma, if you don’t find the trauma nobody can really help you. Your food addiction is like a thermostat, when you stop eating junk food it will soon return to its original state. Luckily you can set your thermostat, set it to healthy food a...

Re: Depressed but I don't think I should be

I don’t know about schizophrenics, although I’ll learn about them soon so I might come back to that. However in normal people, 90% of our thoughts are biological drives (eating, drinking etc), social conditioning and thoughts that we’re addicted to so in conclusion these aren’t even our thoughts esp...

Re: Depressed but I don't think I should be

Sorry but that’s wrong. That’s a victim mentality, So you say that none of your actions affect your happiness levels? That depression just apeared out of no where and you can’t do nothing about it? People that have depression are identified with their mind, they believe that what the mind says is th...

Re: Depressed but I don't think I should be

Ok so first of all, This nervousness comes from social conditioning. You’re not a quite person by nature, you could be an introvert but nobody is quiet by nature. You’ll have to get to the root cause of it. What conditioned you into being quiet when you where young? Maybe your teacher shouted at you...
