Are you sure your ready to come off the medication? If ur feeling low u might need to stay on them for a bit longer. but definately do some research on the withdrawal symptoms of the medication your on

I dont think the alcohol would have affected the panic attacks days later. i get bad ones after i drink but they usually go away within a dew hours. maybe go see a doctor and get checked out? Also the drinking might have been the first step into ur body physically trying to feel better with comfort ...
