Thank you Maynard; I can see where you are coming from now. N of 1 studies and experiences are informative and important, but have to be viewed in context.

I've just revistited this forum; i posted a few days ago.
I'm a bit surprised by the tone of some of the posts. One was edited; the tone even after was, in my view, a bit too harsh.
